Eric Covington | CEO and Co-Founder
Eric is Co-Founder of ERT Cybersecurity. Eric has over 27 years of executive leadership experience in Fortune 500 and entrepreneurial organizations as well as non-profit and governmental entities in multiple industries. He has led these organizations through start-up, survival, turnaround, M&A, and growth modes delivering over $10 billion in incremental bottom line value.
Eric has a Bachelor of Science Degree with Honors in Management, a Master of Science Management and Leadership, is an U.S. Navy Veteran that graduated in the top of his class in the field of Aviation Electronics. Eric currently serves as a Board Member for a non-profit organization and has previously served on boards of several organizations.
Richard Hill | COO, CMO and Co-Founder
Richard is Co-Founder of ERT Cybersecurity. He is a serial entrepreneur with interests in Hill Industries, VoteOurVoice, and Billion4Charity. Richard has 25 years combined experience in data science and encryption, fixed income trading, investment banking and consulting, real estate, business development and marketing, corporate finance and capital markets. Richard has completed structured finance transactions valued at $16.5 billion, had management responsibilities for trading books valued at over $300 million, and marketed 1.4 million square feet of commercial real estate.
I have come to know and appreciate transparency and openness as key factors for both successful science and successful software products.
ERT Cyber is also shaped by these guiding principles and I am excited to contribute to their further development every day. To make ERT Cyber a market leader through these principles is my motivation.
Richard has a Master’s degree in Applied Economics from New York University, an MBA from California State Polytechnic University, Pomona, and a BA in Economics from the University of California, Irvine.
Richard is a social impact entrepreneur with a passion for changing the world. He loves family, and competing and coaching in track & field.
